The attention dedicated to every phase of distillation, from the selection to the collection and preservation of the pomace, is fundamental for Luigi Francoli Grappas.


The First Eco-sustainable Grappa. The expression of our method, infinitely Eco-sustainable. A good, clean, innovative, and fair Grappa. From production to bottling to packaging, we use natural, recycled, and recyclable raw materials.

The Luigi Francoli Grappa collection “Le Origini” presents two facets, young and aged, both characterized by a deep love for the natural origins of the distillate. This line represents the perfect expression of a tradition that combines care, knowledge of the territory, and passion for distillation.

For discovery enthusiasts who wish to deeply understand a story, a place, an emotion. The Sorsi di Luce line by Luigi Francoli magnifies rare varieties of Piedmontese grapes, unique blends, and the precise places where the grapes reach their maximum expression.

After an initial passage in oak wood, these Luigi Francoli Grappas complete their maturation in barrels previously used to age Barolo, Port, Bourbon, or Sherry. This unique process enriches the Grappas with their respective characteristic notes, offering an extraordinary tasting experience.

Small production, top-quality pomace of limited availability, offering a triumph of fragrances and aromas that fully engage the senses. Each grappa is obtained from extraordinary raw materials, carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and uniqueness.




LA VALDÔTAINE
The purity of the mountain and the magical water
La Valdôtaine is a small mountain distillery, where beautiful hand-crafted copper stills distill small quantities of unique spirits





The collection has been specifically designed for mixology, including Amaro Dente di Leone, Dente di Leone Amaro with Whiskey, Gin Acqueverdi, Gin Acqueverdy Dry, Vermouth Verney, Bitter Artigianale, and Vodka Eyva. Each product is enriched with typical ingredients from the Aosta Valley, making them truly unique.



For the production of these Grappas, we use only pomace from indigenous grape varieties. Distillation takes place slowly and in a discontinuous manner, using old copper stills. This method allows us to extract the unique aroma and distinctive character of each variety.



The Papà Marcel Grappas are infused with herbs and plants native to the Aosta Valley, such as Juniper and Yarrow. This range is named after a famous tavern in Aosta, where the owner, Papà Marcel, crafted aromatic grappas using local alpine plants.





Each liqueur captures the authenticity and botanical richness of the Alps, offering a sensory journey through the centuries-old traditions of the Aosta Valley. Genepy, Ratafià, Wild Strawberries, Blueberries, Gentian, and Grand Miel.

DAHU: The Legendary Alpine Creature That Inspires Our Aperitif Liqueur
The DAHU is a mythical creature of the Alps, a well-kept secret of the mountains. Legend has it that this elusive animal has shorter legs on one side of its body, allowing it to navigate steep slopes with ease. A tale passed down through generations, blending laughter, wonder, and a touch of magic.
Inspired by this legendary being, we have crafted a unique APERITIF LIQUEUR COLLECTION designed specifically for mixology. TORRACCIA DEL PIANTAVIGNA
38 hectares of native vineyards in Upper Piedmont
Torraccia del Piantavigna is located in Ghemme, in Upper Piedmont, at the foot of Monte Rosa, one of Italy’s most iconic mountains. With 38 hectares of vineyards dedicated to native grape varieties such as Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Erbaluce, the winery vinifies, ages, and bottles red, white, and rosé wines of excellent quality directly in its cellars.

This wine is known for its elegance and complexity, recognized over the years for its richness, structure, and intense aromas. It reaches its full potential after a proper aging period, captivating even the most refined palates.

Gattinara stands out for its distinctive volcanic-origin soil, which is rocky and porous. This unique environment gives the wine an austere character, with bold tannins and a rich complexity.

Expression of Terroir. The Colline Novaresi hills are renowned for their wines, which reflect the influences of the fluvial-alluvial soil, offering wines distinguished by depth, complexity, and uniqueness.

Erbavoglio Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero is a refined sparkling wine made exclusively from 100% Erbaluce grapes. Our ancestors called this white nectar “Greco,” an evocative name that celebrates the Mediterranean and Hellenic roots of this ancient grape variety.



FIORENTE
The 100% Italian Elderflower Liqueur
Elderflowers are handpicked at the foot of the Alps and combined with lemon zest, lemon juice, and lime juice.
All ingredients are completely natural. The elderflowers are dried and brought to the distillery, where they are infused in alcohol and left to macerate. Fresh mint leaves and lemon peel are infused separately to extract their aromas.
With its vibrant color, delicate floral notes, and fresh elderflower flavor, Fiorente is the perfect companion for mixology.
FRATELLO
The Hazelnut and Cocoa Liqueur with Piemonte IGP
Hazelnuts Fratello is a premium liqueur made by distilling Piemonte IGP (Tonda Gentile) hazelnuts and cocoa. Its formula includes hazelnut infusion, vanilla beans from Madagascar, and elderflowers handpicked at the foothills of the nearby Alps.
Thanks to its delicious flavor, Fratello can be enjoyed neat, over ice, poured over ice cream, or mixed into a tasty cocktail.



OPAL NERA
A Liqueur with a Unique, Opalescent Black Color
Opal Nera is crafted from a delicate blend of spices, including star anise and green anise, combined with other natural ingredients such as elderberries and elderflowers, orange blossom, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and Sicilian lemons.
Blended together, they create a perfectly balanced and velvety liqueur. The elderberries give Opal Nera its distinctive deep black-violet color, rich and intense.
B4HUGO
Be cool
B4H embodies the modern spirit of the aperitif, perfect for social moments. With a distinctive aromatic quality and a light, refreshing, and well-balanced sweetness, this liqueur is made by infusing dried elderflowers in alcohol.
B4H is the perfect ingredient for preparing the Hugo, a classic summer cocktail made by adding sparkling wine, lime, and mint—offering a unique and refreshing taste experience.

NOVEIS
The Fabulous 1960s
Noveis is a mountain located between Valsesia and Valsessera, in Upper Piedmont, near our company’s headquarters. During the summer, its slopes are covered with a rich and colorful alpine flora. In the 1950s, inspired by the abundance of local roots and herbs, the Francoli family created its first liqueur: Amaro Noveis.
The Noveis liqueur range is named after this special place, a symbol of authenticity, tradition, and sincerity that defines the region. Each liqueur tells a true story and reflects a deep love for the local roots that shape our craft.
PROSCIUTTO SAINT MARCEL
The Aosta Valley, in the heart of the Alps, is an extraordinary alchemical laboratory where herbs have been carefully selected, harvested, and used for centuries to create exquisite gastronomic specialties. The pure and healthy environment of this region contributes to the unique quality of its local products.
In 1985, La Valdôtaine revived an ancient and refined recipe to produce Prosciutto Crudo Saint Marcel. Honoring local traditions, this mountain herb-infused cured ham offers a distinctive flavor that tells the story and culinary heritage of the Aosta Valley.
